Luca Pace possesses extensive experience in the field of tax and auditing, having started as a Junior Auditor at Baker Tilly Sant from July 2011 to September 2012. Luca further advanced in the profession at Deloitte Malta, holding various positions from Semi Senior to Senior and Supervisor in Cross Border Taxation, ultimately reaching the role of Manager in International Tax between June 2015 and December 2016. Following this tenure, Luca joined Deloitte, serving as Manager and then Senior Manager in Tax - Global Employer Services from August 2020 to August 2022. Earlier, Luca completed an academic program at L-Università ta' Malta from 2013 to 2015, achieving a degree with merit.
