Luis Calero is a strategy-driven, human-centered experience design lead with extensive experience across various sectors, including SaaS, fintech, retail, and EdTech. They began their career as a User Experience Designer at RESET® from 2013 to 2016, later becoming a Lead User Experience Designer at NWEA until 2021. Luis served as a UX Strategist at Finhabits and briefly as a Product Design Manager at Kroger Digital in 2021. They are currently a Manager of Product Design at Deloitte, where they lead a team of AI-native designers in developing scalable, AI-powered platforms. Luis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
