Luisa Celis

Luisa Celis is a Senior Manager in Human Capital at Deloitte, where they support public and private sector companies with organization design. They hold an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, focusing on organization design and social sector innovation, and a degree in mechanical engineering from Queen's University. Luisa previously worked at Ontario Power Generation for five years, including two years in a management position, and has experience engaging government and donor stakeholders in Ghana with Engineers Without Borders Canada. They are fluent in both Spanish and English.
