Lyn Messner

Lyn Messner is a dedicated organizational strengthening and capacity building consultant with extensive experience in gender-based violence prevention and response, strategic planning, and training design. Currently serving as an independent consultant since 2019, they provide technical assistance and mentorship to various organizations while leading projects at Deloitte and previously at PATH and Mercy Corps. Lyn has held positions with established organizations, including the International Women's Health Coalition, where they developed impactful programs promoting women's and girls' rights across several African countries. They hold a dual BA in Biology and Sociology/Anthropology from Knox College and are pursuing an MA in Development Anthropology from The George Washington University.
