Lynn Ortman is the Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte's GPS Customer and Marketing leadership team, bringing nearly 25 years of experience at Deloitte. Having previously served on Deloitte's Americas Delivery Leadership Team as the Nearshore Strategy & Integration Leader, Lynn focused on expanding nearshore delivery capabilities in Latin America. Lynn's journey includes diverse experiences and locations, having grown up moving frequently as an Army brat. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Pittsburgh and are currently pursuing further education at Tecnológico de Monterrey. In addition to their professional endeavors, Lynn enjoys fostering for the local Humane Society, solving puzzles, and playing board games.
