With over 18 years of experience, Manik has contributed to various sectors including biopharma and digital operations. Prior to joining Deloitte, Manik founded and managed a successful garment manufacturing company, achieving significant profitability and optimizing supply chains. Manik's earlier roles included positions at Kimberly-Clark and Frito Lay, where efforts led to improved operational efficiencies and successful product launches. Manik holds a BBA in Supply Chain Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
