Prior to Deloitte, Manuel held various positions, including Port Assistant Administrator at Toluca Customs Port of Entry and Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. They have a strong foundation in customs law, having served as Chief of Customs & Foreign Trade Legal Department for the Mexican Government.
