Marcia Rua has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Communication and Change Management, with a diverse background in sectors such as health, mining, consulting, energy, media, and sports. Currently serving as a Change Management / Human Capital Manager at Deloitte, Marcia has previously held leadership roles at Rede D'Or São Luiz, Petrobras, and Vale, where they managed complex projects and built collaborative networks. Marcia co-authored and organized the book "Gestão de Mudanças Organizacionais na Prática," and holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a specialization in Digital Transformation. Passionate about leveraging human relationships for sustainable results, Marcia continues to develop expertise in agile methodologies and design thinking.
