Margot Brown

Margot Brown is the Head of Knowledge Management at Deloitte Global, where they focus on innovative data and knowledge management strategies. With a progressive leadership approach, Margot has driven significant organizational impact in various roles, including Director of Knowledge Management at The World Bank and Executive Director of Knowledge Services at KPMG Canada. They have also served as Chair for the Council for Information and Knowledge Management at The Conference Board of Canada. Margot holds an MLIS in Library and Information Studies from Western University and an Honours BA in History from King's University College. Previously, they held positions in organizational development at PricewaterhouseCoopers and knowledge and change management at Canada Health Infoway.
