Margot Thom

Margot Thom is a Chief Talent Officer and Partner at Deloitte, a position held since 2004. Previously, Margot served as Chief HR Officer at CIBC from 2000 to 2003 and was a Partner at Towers Perrin from 1992 to 2000. Margot earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of British Columbia, an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
