Mariam Mears

Mariam Mears is an economic consultant who specializes in advising clients on energy policy and decarbonization investments. An economist with extensive experience in the energy market, they have focused on renewable energies and have conducted policy analysis, impact assessments, and competition cases. Currently positioned as a manager at Deloitte, Mariam has also held roles at Oxera Consulting LLP and has taught Micro- and Macroeconomics at LSE, as well as Quantitative Methods at Maastricht University. They possess a Master's degree from LSE and a Bachelor's degree from Maastricht University.
