Mark Chao

Mark Chao is the Managing Director at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they specialize in Multistate Tax Services and lead the national service line for Deloitte Private. They also oversee the Orange County MTS practice, which provides a range of state tax services including income tax, sales tax, and property tax. Mark previously served as a Principal at Arthur Andersen LLP from 2001 to 2002 and as a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP from 1985 to 2001. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and a BA in Economics/Business from UCLA.
