Mark Hoekstra is a partner and Technology/Innovation leader at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, where they empower innovation and lead the Forensic & Financial Crime team. They have over twenty years of experience in forensics and financial crime across various jurisdictions and industries. Prior to their current role, Mark held leadership positions at Grant Thornton, co-founding several forensic services companies, and began their career with the Dutch police. Mark is a registered court-witness expert on Forensic Technology and has a strong commitment to core human values. They hold a certification as a Court witness expert from Universiteit Leiden.
