Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson, CPA, CMA, is a Senior Manager in M&A and Financial Advisory at Deloitte, where they support clients through complex integrations and separations related to M&A events. With a strong background in credit risk assessment and financial analysis, Mark has forged trusted relationships with clients in the energy and food processing sectors. They previously held senior roles at SOCAR Trading S.A. and Gibson Energy, where they contributed to financial modeling and risk management. Mark earned a BA in Political Science and an MBA from the University of Calgary, as well as a CMA designation.
