Mark Junkin is a Deloitte Middle East Financial Services Tax Leader and UAE Indirect Tax Leader, where they lead a multi-disciplinary team serving public and private sector clients regionally and internationally. Mark has significant experience advising on Indirect Tax challenges and has worked in both Europe and the Middle East. They specialize in supply chain restructuring and international business model optimization and have contributed to discussions on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting through publications and speaking engagements. Prior to their current role, Mark worked at PwC in Indirect Tax from 2000 to 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB hons) and a Legal Practice Course from Cardiff University.
