Mark Saunderson

Mark Saunderson is an International Tax Partner at Deloitte, based in London, with over 20 years of experience advising multinational corporations, particularly US-parented groups, on international tax planning. They currently lead Deloitte's Foreign Owned Business Tax relationship with the US Central South Area and have significant expertise in tax structuring, reorganisations, financing, and transfer pricing. Mark has also been a proactive contributor to client education through Deloitte’s DBriefs series and serves as the Learning Partner for Deloitte UK Tax & Legal. They hold an LLB in Law from the University of Leeds and are a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
