Mark Sirower is a best-selling author and an internationally recognized expert in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). They served as the Global Leader of M&A at The Boston Consulting Group from 1999 to 2004 and founded the Deals Strategy Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked from 2004 to 2008. Currently, Mark is a Partner in M&A Strategy at Deloitte Consulting LLP. They hold a Ph.D. in Finance and Strategy from Columbia Business School and an MBA in Finance and Quantitative Analysis from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and are presently studying at NYU Stern School of Business.
