Marta Candia

Marta Candia is currently serving as an Operational Excellence Officer at Deloitte. Previously, they worked as a Business Analyst at BNP Paribas, where they enhanced skills in data analytics and helped organize an internal "Innovation Week." At Nodalview, Marta contributed to various HR initiatives, including candidate screening and employer branding. They also participated in the HR Leadership Development Program at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on projects aimed at improving employee development and operational efficiency. Marta is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in International and Sustainable Finance at KU Leuven, in addition to their ongoing studies for a Bachelor of Business Administration and an International Baccalaureate High School Diploma.
