Marwan Alsaidi

Marwan Alsaidi is a Manager in M&A (Special Acquisition Services) at Deloitte, having progressed from a Senior Consultant role within the same company. They gained valuable experience as a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Associate at PwC, and previously served as a Legal Assistant at the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs and a Law Clerk to Justice Edward L. Chavez at the New Mexico Supreme Court. Marwan completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University and earned both a JD with Clinical Honors and a Master of Laws in Taxation from The University of New Mexico School of Law and New York University School of Law, respectively. Marwan also worked as a Research Assistant for the Group of 77 at the United Nations.
