Matej Kolar

Matej Kolar is the M&A Transfer Pricing Associate Director at Deloitte LLP, based in the London office. With experience in various roles within Deloitte's Financial Investors Tax team, Matej specializes in international tax, transfer pricing, and post-deal structuring for M&A transactions. Previously, Matej held positions at ConvaTec, EY, and KPMG, contributing to projects in legal and taxation fields. Matej also served as Vice President for ELSA, overseeing initiatives to enhance legal experience for students across Europe. Matej holds a Master’s degree in Legal and Constitutional Studies from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen Mary University of London.
