They have a strong background in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, company restructurings, and have represented taxpayers in various dealings with tax authorities. Mathieu is known for their expertise in the artistic industry and actively leads Deloitte’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications tax team. They hold a Master of Taxation Laws from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Montreal, and have also completed the CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.
