Matt Petersen

Matt Petersen is a Senior Manager in Talent Advisory at Deloitte Canada, where they partner with business leaders to drive talent development and workforce planning. They possess a strong background in talent acquisition and diversity initiatives, having previously held leadership roles at CIBC, where they oversaw enterprise-wide strategies for diversity and inclusion, as well as recruitment processes. With a history of mentoring teams and enhancing employee experiences, Matt has also contributed to the academic community as a part-time instructor at Centennial College. They earned a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
