Matthew Berry is a Principal in the Assurance & Advisory practice at Deloitte Australia, bringing over 20 years of experience in both Australia and the United States. With a background in automotive, manufacturing, and utilities industries, they have specialized in working with Australian listed companies and their foreign subsidiaries, and are accredited in USGAAP Thorough Knowledge. Matthew completed their education at the University of Ballarat, earning degrees in both Computer Programming and Accounting. They have a strong technical foundation and extensive experience in designing and auditing internal controls, particularly in Sarbanes Oxley environments, and maintain a client-focused approach through regular communication and problem-solving.
