Matthew Bouchard is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Government & Public Services Human Capital practice, where they specialize in Workforce Transformation Strategy & Analytics, Recruiting & Talent Acquisition, and DEIB initiatives for clients in the Defense, Security, and Justice sector.
