Matthew Bredefeld

Matthew Bredefeld is a strategic transformation and M&A leader with over 15 years of experience in driving value creation and synergy realization across various sectors, including Financial Services and Public Sector organizations. They began their career as a Consultant at Progressive Insurance before advancing to roles at Deloitte Consulting, where they held several positions, ultimately serving as a Senior Manager focusing on strategy, integrations, and divestitures. Matthew also contributed significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic by leading the development of a Vaccine Passport initiative. They hold an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Political Science from Wabash College.
