Matthew DeCello, CPA, MSA, is a passionate Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Tax Consultant currently at Deloitte, where they prepare diligence reports and analyze tax implications for mergers and acquisitions. Previously, they served as a Senior Accountant at Lytkowski & Co., Inc., focusing on financial modeling for buy-side acquisitions and managing client communications regarding tax matters. Matthew began their career as an intern at Pease & Associates, CPA's, where they prepared various tax returns and developed detailed work papers. They hold a Master's degree in Accountancy from John Carroll University, complementing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Accountancy.
