Matthew Donovan

Matthew Donovan is a Manager at Deloitte specializing in infrastructure programs, including governance strategy, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement. They currently coordinate Deloitte's infrastructure approach across the United States, supporting various state, local, and federal government clients, as well as higher education institutions. Matthew has previous experience as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Relations at the Elliott School of International Affairs, and has held roles within the U.S. Department of State and the Atlantic Council. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs, with a minor in History, at The George Washington University.
