Matthew Fleming

Matthew Fleming is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Turnaround & Restructuring practice, where they specialize in restructuring advisory, crisis management, and insolvency consulting services. Having joined Deloitte in 2013, they have been involved in significant bankruptcy cases and focus on bankruptcy accounting and the financial statement implications of reorganizations. Previously, while serving as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2008 to 2013, they managed various large SEC registrants and early-stage venture-backed companies. Matthew is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor, holding a BS in Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems from Syracuse University.
