Meetu Shringi

Meetu Shringi has over two decades of diverse experience in quality management, business analysis, and operations. Beginning as a Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, Shringi contributed to significant government projects, particularly focusing on automating the AP Secretariat processes. Transitioning to roles such as Process Manager and SEPG Lead, Shringi implemented CMMi and PCMM Level 5 certifications for TCS Hyderabad. At Capgemini, Shringi served as a Quality Manager, overseeing critical projects, coaching Project Managers, and leading a Learning & Development Program for the Delivery Assurance Team. As the Promoter and Owner of Boulder Breeze Farm, Shringi managed all aspects of a 35-acre organic farm while introducing new products to the market. Currently, Shringi works as a Business Operations Manager at Deloitte after holding the position of Agility Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Shringi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College and an MBA with an Advance Diploma in Finance from ICFAI Business School.
