Megan Higgins

Megan Higgins is an accomplished professional in learning and development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Manager in Learning and Development at Deloitte since April 2018, Megan previously held leadership roles at Ralph Lauren, including Director of Learning-Professional Development, where responsibilities encompassed designing and delivering global programs and managing performance cycles. With prior experience at Viacom and Capitol Bancorp focusing on HR projects and generalist roles, Megan has developed a strong foundation in human resources.
