Mel Wilson

Mel Wilson is a regeneration specialist with 18 years of experience in large-scale regeneration projects. They began their career as a Planner at Drivers Jonas Deloitte from 2007 to 2011 and subsequently advanced to Senior Planner roles at both Drivers Jonas Deloitte and GVA Property Consultancy. From 2014 to 2023, Mel served as an Assistant Director at Deloitte and is currently the Director of Real Assets Advisory at Deloitte UK. They hold a BA (Hons) in History, an MA in Modern European History, and a Master's degree in Town Planning, all from The University of Manchester.
