Melanie Gammon is a seasoned Human Resources Leader and Executive Coach with extensive experience in talent and workforce management. Previously, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at QBE Insurance, overseeing change and integration planning, and as a Human Resources Manager with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, managing HR functions in a multi-unionized environment. Melanie's recent roles at Deloitte included Chief of Staff to the Chief Culture and People Officer, where they executed strategic initiatives affecting 14,000 employees. Currently, Melanie is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources at York University while also completing a Bachelor of Arts at St. Francis Xavier University.
