Melanie N. is currently a Specialist Director at Deloitte within the Cyber Risk Advisory sector. Since entering the cybersecurity field in 2017, they have gained extensive experience, initially starting as a SOC Engineer at Macquarie Telecom Group and later as an Incident Response Consultant with Mandiant. Melanie also worked as a DFIR Consultant at ParaFlare, where they conducted forensic investigations and incident responses across various industries. Alongside their professional endeavors, Melanie is committed to community service and shares insights through writing on cybersecurity topics. They hold a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Security from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Sydney.
