Melissa Bexte, MSc, is a Senior Consultant in Change Management at Deloitte and a delegate for the One Young World Summit 2024. They have held various roles in change management, including positions as an Articulation Specialist and Funding Specialist at Lethbridge College. Previously, Melissa served as a Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator and a Thrive Program Assistant at The University of Lethbridge, along with a role as a Research Assistant at Crown Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada. Melissa currently pursues a Master of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Economics at The University of Lethbridge.
