Merel Oonk

Merel Oonk has a diverse background in finance and management, demonstrated through roles at various organizations. At the International Talent Event Amsterdam, Merel served as Acquisitiemanager, contributing to the event focused on the circular economy. Following this, Merel held the position of Hoofd financiën at AIESEC, overseeing financial operations and leading a team while achieving significant revenue growth. Previous roles included VP Finance and External Relations, and Trainee Manager at Erasmus Education, where Merel focused on exam training. Currently, Merel is gaining experience as a Junior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and is progressing to a Consultant in Change Management at Deloitte. Merel holds a Master's degree in People, Organisations and Change from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
