Mette Viborg

Mette Viborg is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Director at Deloitte since June 2022. Prior to this role, Mette was the Head of Group Controlling and Reporting at European Energy A/S from August 2021 to April 2022. Mette held multiple leadership positions at FLSmidth between January 2018 and May 2021, including Head of Group Financial Compliance and Head of External Compliance. Mette’s career includes a tenure at Vestas as a Senior IFRS Technical Accounting Specialist from August 2014 to December 2017 and an extensive background at Deloitte from August 2000 to July 2014, where Mette worked as an Auditor and rose to the role of Technical Accounting Head of Department. Mette's educational qualifications include a Statsautoriseret revisor from Foreningen af Statsautoriserede Revisorer (2011-2013), CMA in Accounting from Copenhagen Business School (2005-2008), and an HD-R in Accounting from Handels- og Ingeniørhøjskolen i Herning (2000-2004).
