Michael Denofa

Michael Denofa, CPA, MT, is currently a Managing Director at Deloitte, bringing extensive expertise in tax management and compliance. Previously, they served as a Tax Managing Director at KPMG's Philadelphia office from 2013 to 2020, specializing in complex tax compliance and consulting for multinational corporations. Michael's early career included roles at Arthur Andersen & Co. and various positions at KPMG, where they developed a strong foundation in federal, state, and international tax matters. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University and a Master's Degree in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law.
