Michael Dougherty

Michael Dougherty is a Finance and Operations executive currently serving as a Senior Managing Director in Member Firm Advisory at Deloitte, where they advise on operations, quality, and profitability improvement projects worldwide. They previously held the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Deloitte, leading operations for the $65B network and chairing the Global Operating Committee. Michael earned an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. Outside of Deloitte, Michael serves as a Board Member of The Resolution Project.
