Michael Matthews

Michael Matthews is a Partner at Deloitte & Touche, where they serve as the National Public Sector Indirect Tax Leader. With over 23 years of experience in indirect tax, including 16 years at Deloitte, they provide strategic advice to both private and public sector organizations. Previously, Michael worked at the Canada Revenue Agency as a Manager in the GST/HST Rulings and Interpretations, contributing significantly to technical interpretations and policy development. Michael holds multiple degrees in Public Administration and History from the University of Ottawa and Carleton University.
