Michael Pangborn

Michael Pangborn is a Senior Manager in Government Grants, Credits and Incentives at Deloitte, where they leverage extensive state and local tax experience across more than 25 states, managing over $4.5 billion in tax and non-tax credits and incentives for clients. Previously, Michael served as an Attorney at the Minnesota Department of Revenue, advising on various tax issues, and held roles in legal research and regulatory affairs. They also gained hands-on experience as a Student Attorney at the University of Minnesota Tax Clinic, successfully representing clients before the IRS. Michael's academic foundations include a stint as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota Law School. Currently, they contribute as an Executive Board Member for the Eden Prairie Foxjet Swim Team.
