Michael Quails is a Managing Director at Deloitte, where they advise private equity groups, boards, and management teams on operational process improvement and financial transformation. With over a decade of experience as an advisor for PE firms, Michael has developed expertise in strategy implementation, liquidity management, and working capital optimization. They hold a dual Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida Southern College, along with an MBA from Saint Leo University. Additionally, Michael contributes to academia as a passionate instructor at Purdue University, where they have taught for over ten years.
