Michael Spooner

Michael Spooner is currently the Director and Chief of Staff to the UK Managing Partner, People & Purpose at Deloitte, where they leverage their expertise in HR and M&A. With a decade of experience as both a management consultant and in-house HR professional, Michael excels in building trusted relationships with C-suite clients, providing strategic advice on talent management, M&A, and employee experience. A member of CIPD, Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Reading and has completed a Level 5 qualification in HR Management. Prior roles at Deloitte include Assistant Director in HR M&A and Senior Manager as a Senior HR Business Partner.
