With experience as a Project Manager for SAP ERP programs at Bull from 1995 to 1999 and a CEO at MOMA srl in 1995, D'Urso later joined Deloitte, serving in various leadership roles from 2013 to 2016, including One Delivery Network Leader, Managed Services Delivery Leader, and Enterprise Transformation Program Manager. D'Urso’s expertise encompasses managing complex enterprise transformations and delivery of information systems, particularly SAP ERP. Prior to his corporate roles, D'Urso worked as a Research and Development Engineer at CRMPA/University of Salerno from 1992 to 1995. Academically, D'Urso holds a Master’s Degree from Università degli Studi di Salerno and completed the Bull Europe Advanced Management Program at ESSEC Business School.
