Mike Flintoff

Mike Flintoff is a Senior Partner in Deloitte's Regulatory Quality Risk and Reputation function, actively serving as a Risk Advisory partner since 2002. With over 35 years of experience in Risk Advisory, including governance, controls, and regulatory compliance, Mike has led initiatives to enhance risk-based strategic programs for mid to large financial services organizations. They provide advisory and quality leadership to Deloitte partners within the Financial Services sector and are a key leader in the Federal Financial Institutions Program. Mike is also the Canadian Director of Independence and the Canadian representative on the Deloitte Global Crown Jewell QRM task force. They have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto and are a Chartered Professional Accountant.
