Miles Crowder

Miles Crowder is a transactional attorney specializing in the tax aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. They served as a Tax Manager and later a Senior Tax Manager at Amazon between 2016 and 2018, and worked as a Tax Director at PayPal from 2020 to 2022. Previously, Miles held various positions at KPMG, both in the US and the UK, where they advised on numerous domestic and international transactions in the Mergers and Acquisitions Tax practice. Currently, Miles is a Tax Principal at Deloitte, furthering their expertise in M&A tax. They hold an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark.
