Miles Walters

Miles Walters is a consulting manager at Deloitte, specializing in digital transformation and the future of work. With over 10 years of experience in government and public service, they held roles such as Diversity Compliance Manager and ADA Coordinator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where they led a team and managed diversity initiatives. Previously, Miles worked as an Economic Development Coordinator with AmeriCorps VISTA and as a Title VI Specialist at the MBTA, contributing significantly to community planning and equity analyses. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
