Morgan Niland, CPA, is a Senior Manager in Corporate Governance Services at Deloitte, where they focus on advisory work for clients that range from large public corporations to private equity firms. Since joining Deloitte in 2021, Morgan has led various engagements aimed at enhancing corporate governance effectiveness, leveraging their expertise to empower board members and senior executives. Morgan began their career at Deloitte as an intern in 2012 and has progressively advanced through roles in audit and corporate governance.
