Moustafa Monsef is a seasoned People & Workforce Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the GCC region, focusing on organizational development, workforce analytics, and culture change. Moustafa has held notable positions as the People Partner and Country Lead for Diversity & Belonging at Orange Business Services, where they led initiatives enhancing inclusion and employee engagement, and currently serves as the Purpose, Culture & Inclusion Manager at Deloitte, driving initiatives across 15 countries. Moustafa's previous roles include Human Resources Consultant at Teradata and HR Senior Consultant at Oracle, where they advised on HR strategies and transformation. They hold a Higher Degree in Human Resource Management from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade and Business Administration from Helwan University Cairo.
