Mudit Madaan

Mudit Madaan has over a decade of experience in tax and regulatory services, with a strong focus on M&A and private equity tax advisory. Mudit started career at R.N. Marwah & Co. LLP as a team member specializing in indirect taxation and statutory audits, where responsibilities included financial analysis and legal compliance. Mudit continued with Grant Thornton as an associate in tax and regulatory services before advancing to KPMG India, holding various positions from associate consultant to manager in tax deal advisory. Currently, Mudit serves as a manager in deal advisory at Deloitte. Mudit holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a specialization in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from New Delhi, and has completed education as a Company Secretary with a focus on taxation, corporate, and securities law at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
