Nancy Hwang

Nancy Hwang is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Government and Public Sector Human Capital Practice, specializing in organizational transformation and strategic change management. Previously, they served as a Senior Human Capital Consultant and Manager at Deloitte, as well as a Legal Assistant at IslerDare, P.C. Nancy draws on their employee relations experience to identify and resolve organizational challenges for clients. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Marketing from Mary Washington College and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University.
